The Original 300-rep Spartan workout revealed..

I am still getting a lot of questions in regards to the 300 rep workout so I decided to release the original 300-rep Spartan workout used by the cast of the movie "300".

The rules are simple.

Perform all the exercises below in order without any scheduled break in between sets.

a) Pullups - 25 reps
b) Deadlifts with 135lbs - 50 reps
c) Pushups - 50 reps
d) 24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps
e) Floor wipers - 50 reps
f) Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lb Kettlebell - 50 reps
g) Pullups - 25 reps

Keep in mind that this is a one-time test only and NOT designed for beginners. I completed this one-time test in 20 minutes and 37 seconds.
