How To Keep Yourself Fit Using Only A Backpack - Back To School Training. A 25 minutes workout program that will help you burn the fat and gain lean muscle using only a backpack.


Backpack Training Instructions:

Aim for 12-15 reps per exercise
Complete one full circuit
Keep your break to minumum
Repeat the circuit 3-4 times total

Note:  You can use heavy books, weighted plates to add weights to your backpack.
