Advanced Bodyweight Workout - It Really Works





One of the most frequently asked questions that I receive is "Can you really
get results from bodyweight training?"


The answer is absolutely...

I have personally trained a few dozen clients using only bodyweight training
(and they loved it.) It is fun, safe,
and effective.

Using strictly the bodyweight training that I designed, I saw an average of 16
lbs of fat loss within 8-10 weeks. That is of course combined with healthy eating.


The best part of a bodyweight workout is that you can do it anytime, anywhere.

with great success.



Here are the rules for my Advanced Bodyweight Workout.

Perform each exercise in order for 20 seconds. Do a total of
4 rounds for a total of 12 minutes. Try not to take any breaks
in between sets.
