When i started the program only about a month ago
i had a undefined six pack at the top but now i have rock hard abs at the
two top tiers of abs and the others are now showing i only do the excercises
but a lot of them i caant really match the diet as my dad doesnt buy that
sort of stuff but my diet isnt that bad anyway with plenty of cardio its
an amazing workout it makes you feel good about yourself if you have the confidence
to do them thank you for this regime it is the best and simplist to understand
ive ever seen |

well.. here goes.. when I first saw this fitness
program I was like.. "hmm.. looks intressting".. so I thought I should try
and so I did.. I plnaed on how many days a week I would train.. the program
became, every second day I will train.. the first 3 months I lost 10Kg of
bodyfat, but at the same time gaining muscle weight.. I started of witrh
102Kg of body weight.. lost 10Kg so I weighed 92Kg.. now all I do is gaining
muscles.. I cant see my big stomach anymore.. I have my abs already.. the
reason It only took such a short time was the training itself.. the training-weights
were so I only could do 25 reps of each excersize.. and I had my dad helping
me a little with the last 5 in all excersizes.. he didnt help much just so
I didnt drop the weight or so.. he pep-telked me thru it.. I actually tortured
myself.. I wnet by my own motto I can say.. if I translate it from Swedish
to english it would sound like "If you wanna look good.. you have to go
thru hell itself".. may sound stupid but its kinda hard to translate it
couse it a swedish saying.. which are kinda hard to translate.. Im still doing
the fitness program that Arnel have done for us.. and I love it.. still
gaining muscles and my abs a growing steady.. well.. I think thats all I
have to say for now.. but it´s the best training ever if you want you
six-pack-abs... live thru hell and go out as a champion.. take care and

I started the workout about 2 or weeks ago and

in six weeks.The problem is that I never wanted to loose so much weight,
because I´m more the hardgainer-guy who needs a lot of food to build

I am in my second week right now (really first,

Before I started working out, I weighed at at hefty
197 lbs and after 2.5 months of working out, I plateaued at 185 lbs for two
weeks. I then stumbled upon your program via a forum about protein shakes!
Anyhow, after following your program for six weeks, I was able to shed off
another 9 lbs and show more muscle definition than I did when I started
working out late June. The interval training really works since I used to
slave away on the elliptical for an hour for over 2 weeks and no change.
Now I cut it down to 25 min intervals on a stationary bike and my weight
has shed off even further. Thanks for making such an awesome website and

Hello.I am 31 year of age.I have been exercising
for most of my adult life.However on commencing Arnels work out for getting
six pack abs in 16 weeks.I realised after about 5 minutes into doing the
week one workout that I was working out all those years in my comfort zone.I
can testify that if you follow Arnel's advice on the routines and diet advice
you will see result like you can not imagine in double quick time.So if you
are serious about being in shape,it's going to be tough but so so worth it.Btw
I had to spend about 3 weeks on week one's exerciise routine just to get

In two weeks I already noticed something in my
body changed. A comment from my girlfriend confirmed it. She said that she

When I started out, my cholesterol was 195 and
my triglycerides were 253, after 3 months of doing the six pack ab program,
I'd lost 2 inches off my waist (from a 34 to a 32) and my cholesterol went
down to 130 and my triglycerides to 45. I've added 4 inches onto my biceps,
I actually have quads and triceps. I'm completely amazed at how effective
the tactics are. I'm still not entirely to the body I'm going for, but I'm
not far off and getting there fast. I have to admit though, it has been hard.
I've also been using the six pack ab program to help beat the doctors diagnosis
that it'll take me a full year to get over mono, especially with diabetes.
With the program though, I'm winning. |

great gains!!! i am now back in the gym and egar to complete this program!
i was 226 when i first started and got down to 193 before my injury...i was
out for 2.5 months and gained 5 pounds back...now im back on track (2nd week)

I am 33 years old. I am a runner and when I pulled
my IT musle, I had to stop running for 6 months. I ran close to 40K a week.
The thought of not running/excersing was killing me. This is when I found

well..i still didn't follow ur program..but i made
my own about three months ago...i was about 107.5 kg and now i'm 89 kg...i
was jogging getting info from the net....i'm trying to reach 85 kg..while
my height is 185 cm i eat soemtimes some junk food and sweet..that affect
my diet i knopw..but the problem is...i have terrible migraines...so sometimes
i need to eat..because huger turns into terrible migraines for me...anyway
i'ms till trying to get better..but as u come very near to ur ideal weight
it begins to be very hard to lose a pound!! well my main problem is the migraine
thinigie..but i'm getting thinner and this is really nice :)...i'm also
trying hardly to get my abs out..and i will follow th program stated in

The site was great for me as a starter for my working
out. I was in incredibly bad shape, and the first few weeks of exercising
was exactly what I needed to get the ball rolling - simple body-weight lifting
exercises. As I mentioned in the previous answer, however, eventually your
workouts became too difficult too quickly. It seemed odd that the workouts
themselves stayed so short and yet suddenly became so difficult. I ended
up going to a different workout site where they had a much more gradual approach
and the workouts took almost twice as long as yours. Either way, yours was
the one that got the ball rolling. I haven't been this fit in over ten years,
and I am so thankful I stumbled across your first video on youtube. |

Since carrying out the training my physical health
has improved a hell of alot. I am more confident and 'just do'the training
instead of having second thoughts like most people have when training at
the local gym so to speak. Basically my stamina has improved, my health (not

In High School I was in at least one sport all
year around, I was 6' 185, but wanted to be around the 200lb mark but could
not gain weight. When I got to college I got pretty lazy and it did not

confident and stronger. I know I could have done even better so far, I've
missed a bunch of interval runs and my diet tends to slip on the weekends.

My name is Brandon. I am seeing results with this
program. Main thing is eating, it will let you lose weight without doing
anything. But the work out program is very good to tone the body. I myself
placed only a few more ab exercises on top of what I was supposed to do to
get faster better results. Cardio is a must, this helps keep the fat off and
calories burning. I am noticing results and will post my pictures on here

Hmm... I feel well, really better than 2 month
ago. It's difficult to say something about visible changes of the body,
but now I can feel it, I feel my muscles, my legs, my abs. I work mainly
in office - you know, daily 8-10 hours' date with computer. But now I'm
trying to change my nourishment. Daily (minimum) half an hour's walk (cardio).
I want to start playing basketball again instead of bowling. So, everything

I used to be very fit, but have been suffering
with severe depression the past 2 years. Around March this year I hit rock
bottom. At nearly 16 stone & only 5 foot 8 I was big. At the end of
April I started training very lightly to get back into it. More recently,
I've started using you tips & exercise programs & the weight is
dropping off. I've been very strict with the training, but have allowed
myself the odd treat foodwise. I have no doubt that you site has helped.

Hi, Name's Kyle and I'm considered over-weight
for my age (I'm 15 and weighing 63kg). First i lost all my hope to continue
my training program after a 3 months of exercise with no success. But after
i found out about this website, i begin to start the 'backpack' training and
in just within weeks, i could already see visible results. However, due to
some injury during a sport game. I couldn't continue my training program but

i was talking to a friend of mine and asked him
how he was getting so in shape and he told me your site and i have been on
the program for 2 weeks or so and i feel great i used to be in the military
and all i did then was isometric training with push ups and situps and other
similar exercises that i see you have in your program i forgot what it was
like to get back into shape i was a long time gym goer and always ended up
hurting myself by lifting wrong or too heavy eo see that it can work without
heavy weights is a plus i am 41 now and when things go bad as far as getting
hurt you stay hurt for a lot longer time this program fits me to a tee thanks |

Although I have always been on the skinny&athletic
side I have dropped another 10lbs in body weight in the last six month and
dropped my body fat percentage from about 12 to around 8... Working on my
six pack is only part of those changes, as this was my first season of racing
in triathlons. Lifestyle changes include limiting fast food, chocolate&candy
to a minimum (absolutely no McD's) and not drinking any soda-pop anymore...
While my six pack still needs some work, I feel like I am in terrific shape
and full of energy every day! |

I was looking for a progressive program; one that
I could stick with and wouldn't be a "crash program". I started the program
16 weeks before my goal date of October 27th and am pleased (very pleased)
with the results. Like you, I probably could have done better with my eating,
but I always recovered from any slips. I am 5'71/2" and started the program
at 180lbs. I am within two weeks of my goal date and have managed to lose
23 lbs and transform the look of my body completely. My wife of 18 years
has never seen me in such shape. (Little does she know what I have in store
for her at the Halloween party a week from this Saturday.) Please pass on
to the folks just starting that the first three weeks of exercise can be frustrating,
and that they may not be able to do all the recommended reps of all the exercises;
hang in there. By the fourth, fifth and sixth week, the results start to
show and then you get excited to see what the next week's workout will be.
Diet is the key, however. It is pointless to expend all that energy through
these exercises only to set yourself back by not following a sensible, constructive
diet. Again, the first couple of weeks of eating right are tough, but it
gets easier and easier. Give yourself one meal off each week; eat whatever
you want as a reward for challenging yourself. Believe me, if a 45-year-old
can get the kind of results I have, you can as well. Just set your mind,
make a commitment to yourself and get started. |

I am a police officer and juvenile detention officer.
I love going to the gym and lifting but that is 15 minutes there and 15 minutes
back and only open certain hours a day. My two jobs prevent me from getting
there more than two times a week, due to working day time hours. So I use

I am a 17 year old Swiss Guy who started the program
on the 1st of October 2007 in hopes of being in shape by the time I graduate
in May 2008. I came across the site on metacafe.com as I was looking at other
videos. At the time I had never thought about starting working out. I swam
about 3-6 hours a week however having a bad habit of eating unhealthy, I
could never loose my gut. During the first week, I noticed I could run furthur
than I could before. At the end of the second week, I felt much more fit
and had started working out with bands and 2 Kilo weights (just holding them
out at my side). I also started doing some Abs workout on the side as well
as the normal workout. Now I started week 3 and can start seeing some differences.
I am getting defined pecs and a firmer chest. I think this fitness program
has realy got me motivated in health! I'll be posting picks when I finish
the 16 weeks and then more when I finish my 32 weeks (until end of May).

Hi, I'm Nicholas and I live on Malaysia now.. I'm
an overseas student here.. I couldn't go anywhere because I live at the apartment
near my college.. And it was very far from the nearest gym center.. The
apartment do have small gym, but the kits are not very useful to use.. So
when I opened youtube, I found this video and I opened the iwantsixpacks
website.. I think that's very useful for me.. I can practice them all while
i don't have any kits.. Day by day my body is shaping well and now I can

I have been an athlete my whole life and have always
had the athletic body. But these past two years were a downfall for me due
to an injury I sustained playing basketball. I tore my Acl and required reconstructive
surgery, thus, i got lazy and really wasn't motivated to go to the gym.
I lost a significant amount of muscle and my diet changed. By all means,
i'm not overweight; i'm just not what I used to be. I ate the wrong foods(junk)
and stayed away from the gym. I want to get back into the gym and hit hard
but the only thing keeping me back is not having a weight program and nutritional

My name is Andy. I was introduced to yur program
on March 12, 2007. Me and a buddy of mine who actually is fitness guy himself
intorduced it to me and we decided to take this 16 week journey to a test.
I was weighed at 217 lbs...about 23% body fat with a 40 inch waist. I looked
at working out at the gym in an entirely new way. The realization that with
certain execises which require a stability ball, a few bands, a pull up
bar and your own weight as resistance was something I appreciated even more
on this program. After 16 weeks, I now weigh 173 lbs, 13% body fat and now
sport a 32 inch waist with some cuts! Nothing is an overnight success...stay
with the program and follow it religiously and without fail - you will see
the results. I can almost guarantee your success... I have shared this website
with at least 15 friends, co workers - who like me at one point was dragged
down by the whole gym routine with little results. This whole program works

A couple of buddies and I started with your Spartan
300 Workout, version 2 found on YouTube (please don't remove). We have consistently
done this twice a week for 7 weeks. The results are there and we are very
happy with the progress. The intensity of the workout is what suprised
us the most. We continue to try other videos and use them as a tool to bring
diversity to the workout. They are fantastic I would recommend them to anyone
wanting to try something new and different. I like them because I do not
get bored during the workout. Something I tend to have a hard time dealing
with. But, know this, these workouts are not for the faint of heart. Be prepared

I have been working my tale off trying to get that
six pack ab goal. Eating right, workout, consistancy, but it just was not
showing the improvment that i wanted. I have my 1st baby on the way to be
born on Nov. 2nd this year, and I want those abs before the end of the year
and to be half wya there by the time the baby comes. I am on week 6 and my
wife is amazed. I am so excited because i can already see the change. I
cant imagine another 3 full weeks to be at the half way point. I have lost
12 lbs and am starting to look really ripped. still a lot mor eto go but
I am getting there. Thank you so much for this sight and all the info you
have included to make this a 1 stop site that answers every question i could

hey Arnel, i'm a 42 year old guy from belgium,
i have been working out since the age of 20 so i tried a lot of different
programs by now. Because of my job its verry difficult to go to the gym
regulary, so working out is at home. I own a olympic barbel and about 100kg
weights. after all these years of working out doing the same routines,my
progress and my motivation was going downhill fast. I was looking for something
new to inspire me and was surfing the internet when i came your site by accident,

I really like the easy of it all. It was very uplifting
to see so many ideas without needing a gym. I'm a father of 4 kids, and even
though my wife takes care of our home we do like spending family time together.
I have included a work out nights for the family to improve eating habits
and excerize. It has made things around the house alot more fun and the
kids love it. |

On the 1st of january this year i weighed 105 kg
(~230 lbs) and i decided to change myself. I started the lowcarb diet and
collected some workouts for hometraining and i've to say that your site
and workouts worked best for me: thx a lot :) In the meantime (10 months)
i'm down to 80kg (~ 176 lbs) and i lost about 10% bodyfat. I went twice
a week to a fitness gym doing some muscle training, twice a week i jogged
about 14km (~ 8,7 miles) and nearly every evening i did some of your sixpacks
workouts and i'm still working on it. I still have dispensable bodyfat,
but already (it's a hugh step for me) look a bit like you when you started
your "journey" :) but next summer, i'm sure and i'm still motivated to work

and the program i have only lost 3kg's in the first month, but my body had
a great change, especially the upper part and even though i still had a stomach
it was getting smaller and smaller and i could feel the mussels coming out...i
had to stop for an anckle injury that i got (hiking), but i do intened to
start all over again when my anckle heals...pleas keep the site up...it
really inspiers me and it inspired the trainers in the gym when they saw
the fast changes in my body...my advice is....try it for a month and if
your not satisfied then stop...and i know you won't, the changes are amaizing |

I am a Web Application Developer, I sit around allot during the day so I
find myself needing to get to the gym most days for a stress relief. I came
accross your site from askmen.com in the fitness comments on an ab article
I was reading. Since then I have totally changed my fitness program. I started
with my diet based on the suggestions from your site I came up with a great
low fat high protien diet split accross 6 small meals in a day. Then I changed
the way I was working out, I started doing super sets with all my exercises

So far I have dropped from a size 40 pant-size
to a 36, (228 from 240 pounds) which is an accomplishment in itself! This
was mostly due to watching what I eat, I haven't done the workout as much
as I should. Using the guides and knowledge from Arnels site, as well as
http://www.calorie-count.com/, I will achieve my six pack abs, and I cannot
wait! Even though I have made quite the effort so far, I know I can still
do more. I've dropped the few pant sizes mostly by taking in Arnel's advice
about what foods to eat. I've sort of slacked off on the workout routines
due to schooling and lack of space (but I intend to pick it up!) Good luck

Well I am a very fit person and i just wanted to
shed some fat since i just started college. During high school i trained
with the olympic track coach and a UFC fighter. He was really knowledgable
about everything, but i would get bored of his ruitines sometimes in college.

pack abs. I got sick of just having a normal frame and after finding this

and LOVE the program. Its not as boring as weights, its high intensity, full

After an almost 2 year execise break I wanted to
resume and was searching the internet for something interesting when I found
your site. Great, because you mix classical weight training with yoga style
exercises and core muscle tension based ones (pilates). That provides for
good overall workout to become stronger, fitter AND more flexible at the
same time. I am using your programmes now 3 weeks (resistance, interval and
eating) and have gained 2 kg while dropping my body-fat from 19% to 16%.

Pushkar I just started using this site when i first
saw the video of the ab workout on metacafe. I used to weigh 160 lbs and
within a month I now weigh 180 lbs and i am 6 feet tall i am trying to gain
20 lbs more to make it an even 200 pounder and the results are awsome i am
getting a leaner body day by day, even though it says its a 3 day workout
per week, i workout 7 days a week to get faster results. good job arnel your

I watched the video, noticed that there were alot
of things that I could do at home. I started about two weeks ago and I dropped
from a size 36 waist to a 34 already! Using the barbell, swinging above my
head and doing a squat raised my heart rate faster than the eliptical at
the gym. I'm happy with with I'm doing so far. I'm also using the cords at
the gym, I look like a whimp at first but I got three other guys doing the
excise with me and we found doing 3-5 set was more intense than using freeweights

My name is Ryan and I am currently on week 6 in
your program. At one point in my life I was really fit and the best at soccer.
I could outrun anyone no matter how fast they were. But a few years past
and I gained weight, mainly due to large consumptions of ice cream. My mom
would always buy me one after my soccer practice or game. Well eventually
it caught up to me and I've been fat since. The 16 week program has helped
me get back on my feet eating more healthy now and exercising atleast 3 times
a week. I was literally a couch potato and would play games all day there
just non stop. Now I'm currently going to a community college and nothing
really special is happening here. But next year I plan to transfer and dorm
in a diff. college. And thats where I hope lots of fun will come from and
I want to have a hot bod there to come along for the ride. |

Long ago, i got used to do some body fitness exercise
like this, looking in books for reference. More often, i do it for 2 weeks
max then i get bored with it. But after watching one of your video(video
that i have got on Metacafe) i found it very interesting and decided to follow
it. This week am on my 6th week and am not bore at all, instead am very impressed
to cover all the 16 weeks. Am very happy seeing the result each time i look
in a mirror, and each time mum is near i often ask her, just for kidding,

Rinia: for 3 years now I've tried many fitness

Frankly I really want to try yours but I have my
own reasons to not to try. I am doing my own. So the result is not good.
I am in my seven weeks now. I know that I am much stronger and feel great
and people said I look thinner. I have to admit that I have a poor diet paln.
My waist size is about 36 inches(may be 36.5). I just want to lose down
to 33 or 34. Still trying hard :D My upper body (Chest, arms) are really
bigger and I feel stronger. Hope I can reduce my waist size in three months
as I have targete to three months. I started this work out becasue of your

I am a personal trainer as well (ISSA CPT) and
the programs are well balanced as well as I like that they are fully body
routines vs. split routines and can be done at home, with minimal equipment.
Also your videos are extremely helpful and provide an excellent resource
of proper form and technique for all the exercises within your programs.

I'm on week 9 now; I've taken pictures every 4
weeks to see results. I'd like to get faster results so I'm going to push
myself to do the interval training and get a bit stricter on the eating

My names Giovanni and I have lost 60 lbs in 1 year.
It all started when I was going through a tough break up with my high school
sweetheart, and the only thing i could do to release my stress was to work
out. I started jogging at first. I would jog at a nearby park everyday for
about 3 to 5 miles. I would take my friends with me for motivation because
it seemed like the harder i pushed myself out there, the harder they did
as well. Then after losing 30 lbs in 2 months I started doing some weight
training. I would lift weights every other day along with diet and exercise.

British arm wrestling championship, i competed at this years at 220lb but
wans beaten easily by guys my weight with more lean mass and about 10% lower
body fat, so i plan to come in at 195lb and be the biggest in that weight
class. At the moment, i'm mixing some of your workouts with my own 300 kettle
bell routine, performing 10 different kettle bell exercises for 2 sets of
15 reps as well as arm wrestling training every week. Thanks for the motivation

Hi Arnel I am fifty years old. I am 5 foot 11 inches
and have a small frame. I weighed 205 pounds last year and had health problems.

Well i have been a little overweight for a long

I'm now developing my abs while boosting my biceps
and triceps, back wing and chest. Thinking that the best way to burn stubborn
fat at waist is through workout either jogging, skipping, 'dancing', sex,
and even your routine. while i'm burning my stubborn fat, i tend to lose
weight. A question for you is, how am i going to replace the weight i loss?

My name is Paul. 21 yrs old at uni in England.
Me and my mate never did spend a long time on abs. Only crunches ang leg
raises really (we are both rugby players and have strong abs but not really
that defined) so with the ab workouts you've posted we do 2 circuits 4 times
a wk along side our usual strength training and seen a marked difference

To be honest I have followed your resistance program
for about 8 weeks. I just recently added the interval training and ab workouts
on my off days. I have noticed a big improvement in my muscles and a bit
in my body weight. I have lost about 10 pounds and this without doing the
interval and ab workout. I feel better about myself and thats all that matters

I could. I did week 1 routine for 3 weeks since i weighed 270lbs, I needed
to get my body in shape to at least be able to do some of the workouts. So

My name is Joey. I am currently 21 years of age.
I have been an athlete all my life. I played football,baseball, and I wreslted
all throughout highschool. I also went to a military college for my freshman
year of college. Once I finished my freshman year at college i started gaining
weight back very very fast because I was not being active. Before i knew
it, i gained 55 pounds from what my normal weight the scaled were showing
that I weighed 235 lbs. I have been on this workout plan for about 4 weeks

Hey this is brad, i started this program on october
11 and today is october 25. Since i have been using this program the definition
in my stomach has gone way up from when it started and my bench has increased
by about 10-15 pounds. Doing alot of the workout with the stretch cord helps
so many areas, doing this with leg my leg press has got up to about 510 and
it was way less than that before. USE this program and dont give up. |

I was 156 pounds 6 months ago..that's like overweight
i tink?? for a 17 year old. It didnt matter to me at all. I just didn't care...But
never wanted to take my shirt off in public..no no!!!eventhough of my size
i managed to get a girlfriend "Dont know how she fell in love with me because
of my size"? One day we were talking and she mentioned that her cousin is
so mascular, and how all the girls love his physic!! That kind of made me
feel small and jealous cause of how i was :) . So i dicided to do weight
training, started at around february...I tried every type of workout from
lifting heavy weights for up to 2 hours per session..and lighter weights
for like 3-5 hours per session! It got me to lose some weight but i didnt
grow muscles at all, I always felt weak afterwards, i dint eat well too..sometimes
i ate only 2 times per day thinking it will help me loose weight and build
muscles. But i was wrong WRONG WRONG! i GOT NOTHING..So i began doing some
research about muscle building and diet. I came across www.illpumpyouup.com,
i studied everything ..learned every,every,everything about it!! And i realised
i was doing it the wrong way, finally i found the truth. Serious training
started in 1st of JUNE..i trained 5 times per week at a moderate level..i
started to see my body change the next month! i got some little muscles hahah
so in July i thought i had enough experience with weight training and stared
to boost my training a bit..YEP! and got to around 140 pounds. I was losing
weight but not enough fast for me..I wasn't satisfied, i still didn't see
my six pack! Thats because i wasn't following a very strict diet..the problem
was " my diet was good but had a few junkies in between like lots of tomato
sauce with each meal(which is bad..Contains lots of salt and sugar, modified
starch= Bad combination)..and i was eating to much for my bodyweight"! Lost
motivation in the process so i stoped training...UNTIL i saw "300" that
was my cocaine,It got me high.. That film lifted me off my ass!!! motivation
was 100% up. I started doing spartan training in september...now im 124
pounds and have 11% body fat, i train 3x per week (which is a good workout
plan) , followed a strict diet finally, i finally let go of the junkies
( I've learned in weight loss that weight training alone wont give you the
body you dream of..Its the DIET that counts! its the only way..High protein,
low glycemic carbs( another important thing! WATCH THE GI LEVEL), fruit and
veggies, essential fats! that WILL BE YOUR MOTO friends. "YOU ARE WHAT YOU

i personally haven't been on it too long, around
5 weeks but definetely seems to be helping a lot so far. for a while, I
seemed to plateau and wasn't making much progress but now that I've focused
more on strength training and added interval training, I can feel the difference
and actually have been getting sore again and tired the next day after working
out---which I like since it shows i'm making progress. also, I bought a fat
level scale and it has started to go down, although I haven't lost too much
weight, maybe 5-7 pounds but i have gained muscle too so happy right now.
in terms of background, before starting this diet, I had lost about 60 pounds
doing circuit training and trying a fairly low carb diet. however, around
3 months ago I started to plateau and from reading the site, I realized I
should try interval training more, instead of the straight, constant running
I used to do and now during circuit training, I focus more on the strength
training aspect and am taking an extra weight training class. also, I'm not
so afraid of carbs anymore, i just try to eat healthier carbs like beans
or whole grains because by just doing a low carb diet, I was getting very
weak during strength training. so for now, planning to keep it up and see
how much progress I can make after a couple more weeks. |

several knee surgeries and the main part I want to increase strength and
